using A apply 2 all over the LIDS passing the CREASE
using B apply 3 to the CREASE blending it with 2
using D apply 3 to the LOWER LASHLINE
using F apply 2 to the INNER CORNER
using E apply 5 to the UPPER LASHLINE and LOWER WATERLINE

using C apply 1 to the CREASE to darken the look
using F retouch 2 if needed
using D apply 1 to the LOWER LASHLINE
using E apply 7 (or 4) to the UPPER LASHLINE over the silver line and to the LOWER WATERLINE

using H apply 4 to the UPPER LASHLINE smudge it with the line
using C apply 4 to the OUTER CREASE
using G apply 4 to the LOWER LASHLINE and WATERLINE
using B blend 1 to the harsh lines
using I apply 6 to the BROW BONE

and now you're ready to party!

WHAT MATTERS MOST IS THE TECHNIC THAT USED IN THIS APPLICATION

YOU CAN TOTALLY USE ANY COLOR THAT YOU HAVE

JUST USE THE LIGHT TO DARKEST :D

using A apply 1 all over the LIDS passing the CREASE
using B apply 2 all over the CREASE
using C apply 2 to the LOWER LASHLINE
using C mix 4 and 1 then apply it to the INNER CORNER and TEARDUCTS
using D apply 3 to the UPPER and LOWER LASHLINE and WATERLINE
using E apply 4 to the BROW BONE AREA

REQUEST: COASTAL SCENTS NEUTRAL PALETTE

MAE requested a look using the COASTAL SCENTS 28 PALETTE

I created 2 looks using this palette
1 is for EVERYDAY LOOK the other 1 is DRAMATIC LOOK

using A apply R3-2 ALL OVER the LID
using B apply R3-4 to the CREASE
using C apply R4-6 to the OUTER CREASE for DEPTH, if you think this color is too dark you can use R4-5
using E apply R3-2 to the INNER HALF of the  LOWER LASHLINE
using E apply R3-4 to the OUTER HALF of the  LOWER LASHLINE
using E apply R4-6 to the OUTER HALF of the  LOWER LASHLINE
using D apply R3-1 to the TEARDUCT  area
using F apply 8 (or any brown eyeliner or eyeshadow) then drew a thin or thick line to the UPPER LASHLINE and LOWER WATERLINE
using G apply R2-2 to the  BROW BONE  area

using A apply R1-4 all over the LIDS (love this color)
using B apply R1-5 all to the CREASE
using C apply R1-7 (or R3-7) all over the CREASE
using D apply R1-5 to the LOWER LASHLINE
using E apply R1-7 (or R3-7) to the LOWER LASHLINE blend it with R1-5
using F apply R4-7 to the UPPER LASHLINE and LOWER WATERLINE
using G apply R4-1 to the to the  BROW BONE  area

DEFINED SMOKEY EYES USING 4U2 DUO

using A apply 1 all over the LIDS
gently dab B in 2 then apply it on the OUTER CREASE for the washed out effect
using C apply 2 to the CREASE until you get the desire depth
using D blend till your eyes hurt lol!
using E apply 2 on the LOWER LASHLINE
using F apply 3 on the LOWER LASHLINE blending it with 2
using F apply 3 on the OUTER HALF of the UPPER LASHLINE creating a thick blended line
using H apply 3 into the INNER HALF of the UPPER LASHLINE creating a thin line
using G apply 1 to the TEARDUCT
